To submit a request for replace or return, please complete the form below to contact us. Sending back the products will be required. The items must be in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will reply you within 2 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed the refund or replace. If you receive a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
