We will refund the full purchase price. If you want to change to different size product, you can ask for a replacement. The replacement will be delivered to you for free (US address only) after your return is received. For international buyers, all international shipping cost will be on your own cost.

To submit a request for replace or return, please complete the form below to contact us. Sending back the products will be required after request being accepted. The items must be in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will reply you within 2 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed the refund or replace. If you receive a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
