1. What leaf blowers are currently compatible with the gutter cleaning kits?

The Arlocatcher Gutter Cleaning kits are designed for various brands of leaf blowers, including Milwaukee, EGO, Greenworks, and DeWalt. For example, currently the kits are compatible with the following leaf blowers

  • Milwaukee M18 Fuel 3017-20 and FBLG3, 500CFM leaf blowers.

  • EGO models: 765, 670, 650, 615, 580, 575, 530 CFM leaf blowers.

  • Greenworks models: 800, 780, 750, 660 CFM leaf blowers.​

  • DeWalt models: DCBL722P1, DCBL722B, DCM562, DCBL720B, DCBL720P1 leaf blowers.​

More leaf blower models will be added on the list. If you have specific leaf blower models that you want the kits to be compatible with, please provide your feedback via email at info@arlocatcher.com. 

2. What is the return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for orders from ArloCatcher.com. If you’re not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund. Buyers cover return shipping costs.

3. Does ArloCatcher provide a warranty?

Yes, all products ordered from ArloCatcher.com come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or modifications​.

4. What are the shipping options?

ArloCatcher ships within the U.S. and internationally. Customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period before shipping, allowing them to cancel their order within two weeks for any reason.​ If you need to waive the cooling-off period, please email/message us after the order is placed.

5. How do the remotely installable gutter strainers work?

Our goal is to provide ladder-free solutions for home maintenance.

Normally people have to regularly get onto ladders to take down gutter/downspout strainers, rinse them and put them back. That creates risks of ladder related injury. 

These unique strainers can be installed and removed from the ground using an extension pole, making gutter maintenance safer and more convenient. They prevent clogs and work with various downspout sizes​.

6. Is the Gutter Strainer durable and weather-resistant?

Yes, the Gutter Strainer is made from weather-resistant materials, ensuring long-lasting performance even under harsh environmental conditions. Also they are not easily broken when they fall off during installation.

For Security Camera Catching & Charging

1. Do I have to buy a pole for the Camera Catcher or does it come with one?
This Camera Catcher doesn't come with a pole. It is compatible with any US standard threaded extension pole. If you already have poles for painting or cleaning tools, most likely they all will match our camera catcher. If you don't have a pole, you may find one at any local home improvement stores and popular online stores.

2. I want to set my Arlo Pro3 under the roof of the second floor. It's about 18 feet high from the ground. Will your Arlo Catcher work for that ?
Yes. As long as your extension pole is long enough, you can use ArloCatcher to retrieve (take down), mount back and adjust camera angle of your magnetic mounted cameras. If your Arlo Pro3 (or Pro4, Pro5s, Ultra, Ultra2) is fixed mounted by screws with security mount, we offer ArloCatcher attachment (sold separately) which allows you to charge your camera from the ground. 3. With this camera catcher, do you have to climb a ladder to place Arlo camera back up ?
No, you don't need to climb ladder to place your camera back. Our camera catcher has full function of retrieving camera (take down), placing it back and adjusting camera directions. You call accomplish all these tasks in seconds from the ground. No ladder needed in the entire process. 

4. My Arlo Pro3 is fixed mounted with a security mount. Does ArloCatcher work for them?
Yes. For screw-mounted security cameras with magnetic charging cable such as Arlo Pro3, Pro4, Pro5s, Arlo Ultra, Ultra2, we offer ArloCatcher attachment which allows you to charge fixed security cameras from the ground.

5. Do you offer any Security-Camera-Catcher that fits 'Arlo Go' ?

No. There is currently not an option to install 'Arlo Go' with a magnetic mount. Also Arlo Go does no support magnetic charging cable. The Security Camera Catchers work with magnetic mounted wire-free devices and fixed mounted devices with magnetic charging cable, such as Arlo, Arlo Pro, Arlo Pro2, Arlo Pro3, Arlo Pro4, Arlo Pro5s, Arlo Ultra, Ultra2 and Arlo essential spotlight camera.

6. My Arlo camera is magnetic mounted by ball type ceiling mount. Does your Camera Catcher work for it?
Yes. The Camera Catcher's stainless steel frame can lock the security camera into its basket. As long as your wire-free security camera is mounted by magnetic mount, the Catcher can fulfill the tasks of retrieving, mounting back and adjusting direction, given that your extension pole is long enough.

7. Does your Camera Catcher support third party silicone skins? My Arlo Pro2 camera is covered by third party silicon skin which has a hood sticking out. What size of the camera catcher should I select ?
Yes. We tested all silicone skins on the market, including third party silicone skins. For your Arlo Pro2s, please select 'Arlo Pro 2 covered by silicone skin' in the shop. 

8. Are your Camera Catchers compatible with Ghillie skin covered Arlo Pro2?
No. Our camera catcher is not compatible with Ghillie skin covered cameras.

9. Do you offer Catchers for 'Arlo Security Light' ?
No. 'Arlo Security Light' is not mounted with a magnetic mount. The Camera Catchers only work with magnetic mounted wire-free devices. 

10. I have both Arlo Pro with silicone skin and Arlo Pro3 cameras without skin, do I have to buy two catchers?
For this specific case, you only need to buy one catcher for 'Arlo Pro 3'. This catcher is compatible with 'Arlo Pro covered by silicone skin'.

  Our different size Camera Catchers are well tested to match cameras' slight dimension differences and deliver perfect user experiences. If catching a security camera with a bigger size catcher, it can be difficult or fail of blocking the camera into the protection basket.

11. Will ArloCatcher make the Arlo cameras easier to be stolen ?
Until now, there is no burglar case reported linked with ArloCatcher.
Tools are neutral. We don't have similar concern regarding kitchen knives, cars, scissors, fire, gas, or batteries...
 Every Arlo camera paired with owner's base cannot be bundled with other bases before it is released from the owner's base. That means stolen camera does not have much resell value. Wire-free cameras are not new to the market. Most people should already understand this.
On the other hand, different sizes camera catchers match different size cameras. If anyone steals a camera with this camera catcher, he/she needs to clearly understand the target camera's size, with or without silicone skin. It's very hard to imagine a burglar bringing a long pole with several different size camera catchers to try to fit in one-by-one.
At the very least, if we had to make a choice between losing a camera and getting a ladder related injury, we should never pick the latter.
